Primary Application

High Consistency Hydrapulper is key equipment in deinking procesas.At consistency 10-15% and with the effect of chemical and physical action, the waste papers such as newspaper, magazine paper film-coated is disintegrated into fiber stock, and at the same time light impuities like ink paerticles and plastic films are separated from thr fibres efficiently.

High Consistency Hydropulper consists of a steel tank , vertical heical rotor, drive mechanism, discharging device etc.The rotor is a 3-thresd helical rotor with varied pitch and varied diameter.When the rotor roating, the stock at consistency 10-15% is drawn by the helical rotor and flung out of center and the waste paper stock is fiberized under intensive intenal friction and kneading effect on fiber stock, in addition to friction by rotor vanes with teeth.In meantime, an ink particles are separarted from fiber by chemical and physical action.

ECO flotation cell

Primary Application:
It is designed to remove hydrophobicity impurities such as ink particles, plastic & padding of the wastepaper stock.

The Work Principle

Flotation is effected at 1.0 – 1.3% inlet consistency (approx) The flotation cells are arranged in series, with 5 or 7 cells in the primary stage and 2 cells in the secondary stage. The exact number of the flotation cells according to the technical requirement of the DIP system.

The total feed flow to the first cell is pumped through the Multi – Injectors. Within the flotation tank, the stock is pumped strictly in forward direction from cell to cell.To provide the required air, the accept of each cell is pumped through the Injectors of the following cell, thus providing aeration for 100% of the stock. The Multi – Injectors are sucking in the air in one step injector and can achieve an aeration ration up to 0.8 ( air volume is 80% of the volume of the stock, which is flowing through the injectors). The air is taken directly from the inside of the flotation tank at ambient pressure, no compressed air is required.The overflow (foam) from the 1st flotation stage is collected in two foam – collecting pans, which are located along both sides of the flotation tank and flowing into the foam tank. There, it is destroyed mechanically by means of the defoam unit located at the top of the foam tank and fed to the secondary cells.The accept stock from the secondary cells is fed back to the first primary cell. Foam from secondary cells is piped to the sludge tank and pumped to the sludge dewatering unit.

Hydraulic headbox
Hydraulic headbox runs without any air cushion and while running it is fully filled with the paper stock, here being prepared to be led afterwards in a uniform layer with required speed to the P m/c wire part.
• Hydraulic headbox comprises some components similar as a classical highpressure closed headbox; the main
difference consists in an inbuilt block with a staged diffuser and in installation of a pulsation damper before its input part.

Pulsation damper

It is installed before the headbox input part. Damper comprises upstream section, perforated plate with staged diffuser and top part with side discharge part to the stock distributor. There is an air cushion over the stock level. Its input part can be arranged vertically or horizontally. Optimum stock flow rate through the headbox, i.e. directing and regular distribution, is provided by the input part geometry, by the perforated plate of the staged diffuser as well as by keeping the required stock level. A primary task of this system is dampening of pulsations accompanying main stream coming from cleaners of the constant part. This system can be also used as a round distributor that keeps all advantages of the given system, but the headbox stock input comprises distribution hoses of the same diameters and lengths. In this case it is preferably possible to use regulation by diluting water.


Its purpose is to let the stock flow in PM operating direction and distribute it evenly on the whole paper web surface. Distributors are provided with recirculation whereby its setup is crucial for some paper characteristics. Should a round distributor be coupled with the own headbox input part through distribution hoses, then it is necessary to use a distributor with constant cross profile without any recirculation.

Block of staged diffuser
• It distributes the stock evenly in the whole headbox width, initiates controlled turbulences to break fibrous nets and forms a uniform flow rate profile in every output part of the diffuser.
• The block itself is made of plastic materials or stainless steel with plastic elements.
• A priority of the second variant consists in the fact that every element can be replaced individually.
• This advantage enables to optimise stock flow rates if actual values do not correspond with its rated characteris tics or if any change of turbulence intensity is required.

The headbox is made of stainless materials, its parts coming in contact with the stock are well polished. Used top-quality materials provide higher headbox stability and resistance against thermal effects.

Adjusting device

• It is designed for adjustment of the output slice and in this way also for its stock discharge to the PM/C wire part.
• The headbox cross profile can be adjusted by means of a shifting mechanisms.
• As another variant we propose regulation by diluting water led through particular hoses installed in the round
distributor. It is controlled by hand-operated valves or regulators

The hot dispersion system is used for handling the impurities in raw waste paper, such as hot melt material, asphalt, plastic and ink etc.

To cope with the increasing demand for waste paper stock in the paper manufacturing industry, the waste paper stock preparation machines have been developed. Optical cleanliness:

The principal task of disperser is to ensure good optical characteristics . Several processes takes place in dispersion that lead to improving optical cleanliness. Dirt particles are removed from the mottled fibers and hence are made floatable. The floatability of existing “Free” (detached) dirt specs is improved by catching size distribution. Also the dirt particles size reduced to below human visibility limits.beside ,bleaching chemicals are often mixed in the disperger.
